Shipping and Returns Policy:

Order & Delivery:

  • All orders from Fallacie Apparel are shipped from their warehouse located in Mumbai, India, using the shiprocket service.
  • The specific courier company used for delivery may vary depending on the customer's location. Examples of courier companies include Amarex and DTDC.
  • Upon placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Orders will be dispatched from the Fallacie Apparel warehouse within 48 hours of the order placement.
  • Fallacie Apparel strives to maintain accurate stock counts of all products listed on their website. However, in rare cases where there is a stock discrepancy, they will fulfill the available products and contact the customer to arrange a full refund for the unavailable items.
  • To ensure successful delivery, customers are advised to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any necessary special instructions. It is important to provide an address where someone will be available to receive the order.
  • Fallacie Apparel cannot be held responsible for any loss of shipment due to incorrect or incomplete address or phone number provided by the customer.
  • Deliveries are scheduled to take place between Monday and Friday (excluding national holidays). The courier will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to the warehouse.
  • Additional fees may apply for further delivery attempts or address changes requested after the delivery has been scheduled and the customer has received the tracking number.

International Customs and Duties:

  • For international deliveries, Fallacie Apparel partners with various courier companies, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, and DPD.
  • The customs clearance process and associated customs duties and handling fees may vary depending on the customer's location.
  • It is important for customers to provide accurate and current email and telephone details when placing an international order. This ensures that they can be contacted by the courier company and/or customs authorities as required.

Returns Policy:

  • In the case of any manufacturing defect or damage to the product, customers must contact Fallacie Apparel at customersupport@fallacie.com within 5 days of receiving the products.
  • The team at Fallacie Apparel will inspect the claimed damages. If the product appears to be worn or used, a return will not be accepted.
  • If any defects are found, Fallacie Apparel will send a new product of the same design and size to the customer. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the amount paid.
  • Before placing an order, customers are advised to refer to the size chart provided on the Fallacie Apparel website.
  • Exchanges for size are only allowed for T-shirts of the same design. To request a size exchange, customers must email the Fallacie Apparel team at customersupport@fallacie.com within 3 days of receiving the order. The email should specify the size of the delivered product and the desired size for exchange.
  • Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is not available, the exchange request will not be processed. Customers are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible, as Fallacie Apparel has a limited number of pieces per product and will not produce the same product again.
  • Fallacie Apparel does not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects, damage, or size exchanges as stated above.
